The full form of URL is "Uniform Resource Locator" or "Universal Resource Locator". We can use any of the terms above, either uniform or universal.
In simple words, a URL is a digital address of a website or world wide web (www) page. For example, www.google.com is the digital address of Google search engine, i.e., it is the URL of google with the help of which everyone can access google in the internet browsers.
Other examples include -
* www.facebook.com - URL of Facebook
* www.twitter.com - URL of Twitter
* www.instagram.com - URL of Instagram
In similar way, every website and web page have publicly available URL with which everyone can access the content. Even our website can be accessed through the following URL -
www.url-s.xyz (Ultimate URL Shortener)
